Course of Action Power Point Proposal to Administration Survey Staff Version Student Version Diversity Blog Spot Through the, Equity, Diversity, and Design Principles section I had the chance to create a proposal and action plan to raise diversity awareness at my campus. The above links represent several resources that created for a potential staff development meeting, the links include a power point presentation, staff and student surveys regarding diversity on campus, and also a blog spot where students and staff could discuss such issues. The Woods School Reform Proposal The above school reform proposal was created with peers to prototype what it would be like to write and present a school reform proposal at a board meeting. The format was fairly open and the budget was not a problem. We developed a school that was built on the foundation of E.C.H.O., Encouraging Choice Honors Ourselves and the implementation of what we called the four C's choice, community, connection, and collaboartion.We also designed our own logo and t-shirts for the final presentation.
